The Berlingeri Nocellara del Belice extra-virgin olive oil is obtained from the cold pressing of carefully selected Nocellara del Belice olives from our olive trees in the Azienda Agricola Berlingeri in Mazara del Vallo (TP) Sicilia.The excellent quality of our olives, grown in line with the requirements of organic agriculture, and the care with which they are harvested, with the olives handpicked directly from the trees and then immediately pressed (within six hours of their being picked), result in the production of our exceptional organic extra-virgin olive oil. The olive oil is green with yellow-gold nuances and has a clear olive fragrance with herb-like tones, a fruity taste with a hint of spiciness and bitterness, with the oleic acid ranging from 0.1 to 0.3 %. The product in not filtered to keep its features unaltered. The precious suspended particles can over time create a light deposit at the bottom of the bottle.
